Each working group presented its results of the analysis phase in an online project meeting with approx. 50 participants of all 14 project partners, taking place on 27 January 2021.
Before the meeting, each working group’s results had been formatted to streamline the comparison process. For all interfaces that were considered useful, user stories and use cases were developed, illustrating usability for all participating actors (funding organisations, research institutions, researchers).
We merged interdependent use cases into use case groups to highlight dependencies and cluster use cases for the following implementation.
In the next weeks, a voting process will determine the use case groups which the project partners want to prioritise for the implementation phase.
In the following months, we will design, develop and test technical solutions for implementing the prioritised use case groups.
