We prioritised the previously defined use case groups (UCGs) in online voting and thus determined the most urgent UCGs as pilots for implementation. In an online follow-up meeting with all project partners, we defined five new working groups that now take responsibility for implementing and piloting the interfaces and going live with them. A general technical team accompanies the working groups. The technical team makes fundamental technical decisions and supports the user-friendly implementation of the thematic working groups.

The active working teams in the implementation phase are:

The teams have already been put together, and some kick-off meetings have already taken place.
