During the analysis phase, we surveyed, coordinated and documented a consolidated funding and project process. All project partners (funding organisations and research institutions) participated in establishing this process. The process illustrates the order in which data exchange happens throughout the research cycle and generally applies to all project partners (research institutions and funding organisations). The process depiction serves as an overview of interfaces between funding organisations and research institutions. In particular, the process depiction illustrates when the interfaces occur in the project life cycle. This depiction also makes it possible to show which of the existing interfaces have already been digitised.
