On September 2 and 3, 2021, after a project period of one and a half years, the first face-to-face meeting finally took place in order to deepen the previous, very productive online collaboration.
The aim of the meeting was the mutual reflection and creative discussion about the next steps in the project. The meeting was largely organised in small groups – on the one hand to enhance discussion and on the other hand to get to know each other better after the long period of online collaboration. It was reflected on what has been achieved in the individual project phases so far, how previous collaboration worked and what findings can be derived for the remaining duration of the project.
As part of the meeting presentations by two other digitalisation projects – AHESN and AT2OA2 – were given in order to work out synergies between the projects and enable networking.
In several workshops, other aspects of the project were presented and discussed, e.g. the RIS Synergy target group analysis, to ensure that the needs and interests of the target groups are met and are the focus of the project. Furthermore, the basis of the system architecture was presented and concrete aspects of the technical implementation, which will start as of today, were defined.
In terms of content, a lot of creative outcomes were achieved on these two days. The possibility of personal exchange helped to answer open questions and to agree on a common solution for the technical aspects of the system architecture.
