Work package 1 – Project management

Summary:
The aim of work package 1 is to carry out the project management as well as the organizational support and implementation of the project. In addition to writing interim and final reports, this includes financial management, change management and knowledge transfer, dissemination of progress and results (e.g. via website, blogposts, and conferences), as well as consulting and developing recommendations for other universities.
