Sharing of data should become the „new normal“ in a modern research system. But how can someone lawfully share sensitive personal data with third parties?

The webinar „What does a Data Clearing House do? introduces you to the agenda of a commission formed by the Medical University of Vienna (MedUni Vienna). It aids employees and researchers at MedUni Vienna to comply with the strict data protection requirements related to the disclosure to third parties of data for which MedUni Vienna is responsible under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Take this opportunity to learn more about lawfull handling with personal data in general and to inform about the specific tasks of a Data Clearing House in particular!

Jessica Einzinger is vice chairman of the Data Clearing House and in charge of data protection at the legal department of MedUni Vienna.

Michael Prinz is member of the Data Clearing House commission and engaged at the IT Systems & Communications (ITSC) department of MedUni Vienna.
