“Data Steward” certificate programme at the University of Vienna: Review of the first two years

The training and education program of data stewards is increasingly becoming a key topic in the expansion of research-supporting services in Austria and internationally. In the upcoming webinar entitled “Data Steward Certificate Program at the University of Vienna: Review of the First Two Years” you will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the creation and development of this further training offer.

Find out more about the exciting beginnings and development of the first training program for data stewards in Austria. The program integrates current findings in the areas of research data management, open science and open research, which are seamlessly linked to the practical tasks of data stewards at research institutions. More than 50 people from over 10 different countries have already successfully participated in the first two rounds of this course. The webinar not only presents the valuable experiences and insights of the organizational team, but also discusses the feedback from the participants.
