FAIR Data Are Accessible
Time and Place: 19.9.2022, 10:00-11:30 AM, online
Target Groups: Researchers from all disciplines and research support staff
Language: German
Description
The webinar will show simple steps on how data available in a repository can be made as accessible and barrier-free as possible. Just a few additional steps when creating a text document enable reading devices to read the content to blind or visually impaired people. Subtitles also make it possible for people with impaired hearing to follow a video. These measures help ensure that content is truly FAIR for everyone. Making your own data accessible from the start means a little extra effort, but has the positive side effect that it is also easier to find on the Internet and is therefore accessible to even more people.
