Join us on 19. October 2021 to learn how to implement the FAIR principles into your everyday research work.
Following the FAIR principles, research objects should be findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable. These principles form the basis of a trusted environment where researchers, innovators, companies, and citizens can publish, find, and re-use each other’s data and tools for research, innovation, and educational purposes. The FAIR principles refer to any digital object evolving from the research process, that is, quantitative as well as qualitative data, metadata or algorithms, tools, software and services.
But what can researchers actually do in their everyday research to ensure that their data comply with the FAIR principles? Tomasz Miksa (TU Wien) will provide an overview and practical tips for getting started.
The workshop will be held in English.
